Oshkosh Winter Wedding Photography

Before the wedding ceremony I like to position myself down at the end of the aisle on the opposite side as the groom. This allows me to capture the emotion of the bride coming down with her family and also the groom's first reaction to seeing his future wife for the first time. For these situations I photograph with two Canon camera bodies. One has a wide lens like a 24mm or 35mm f/1.4 and the other will have a short fast telephoto like a 85mm f/1.2. This particular image was taken at St. Marys in Oshkosh. My favorite church in Oshkosh. It has the best natural light of any church in Oshkosh. 1/100; f/1.8; ISO 2000; 85.0 mm.
